Rob has actively participated in some of Miller Hull’s larger infrastructure projects and is particularly interested in creating a commitment-based project culture to improve outcomes for his clients. He seeks to foster a working project environment which values the best of what each individual has to offer the design team, to envision the best of what might be, and to then seek extraordinary results together. This often manifests itself in a transparent, integrated team approach where team cohesion, collaboration and accountability are at the core of team and project development. Once developed, maintaining those relationships is his primary goal until the project is complete – and beyond. In his projects, Rob has worked with many multi-headed owner, tenant and contractor groups, and he prioritizes Miller Hull’s modern design aesthetic while maintaining project cost and constructability. Rob leads several in-house groups interested in improving Miller Hull’s approach to project management, quality control and project process methodologies in an effort to consistently turn out quality document packages office-wide.
