If you could visit anywhere in the world you’ve never been, where would you go?
I really want to go to Spain right now. I’d really like to see some of Ricardo Bofill’s work. He’s got a lot of great architecture there.
If you could be any animal, which would you be and why?
A whale. They look like they’re taking charge of the ocean.
Who would you most like to swap places with for a day?
I’d like to go back in time and swap places with Bob Hull. I’m curious about what kind of person he is. I feel like his spirit is still in the office.
If you were a crayon, what color would you be?
Pink! Wait, I thought I was a whale?
Which four individuals, living or dead, would you like to eat dinner with the most?
Ricardo Bofill, Louis Kong, Steven Holl and Ron Rochon.
What drew you to Miller Hull?
When I made up my mind to come to Seattle, Miller Hull was one of the top choices for sure for me because of design.
What does a day look like for you?
Come late, grab a green tea, check emails, do my models and leave the office.
Is this internship what you were expecting? Why or why not?
It’s beyond my expectation. I feel like this office is super open to opinions and everyone has a chance to have a voice. I have learned a lot here. Every single detail has been designed and taken care of. People are really dedicated to details.
What has been your favorite part of the internship so far?
Design Panel
