Hotel Westland is slated to debut in Seattle, Washington, this spring. Located at RailSpur, in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, the property will feature 120 guestrooms. From Aparium Hotel Group with interior design by Curioso, Hotel Westland draws design inspiration from the Pacific Northwest as well as Seattle’s history.
Housed in an early 1900s building, Hotel Westland will feature a signature restaurant, modern amenities and Pioneer Square’s first rooftop bar, all while maintaining the charm of the historic building. The Miller Hull Partnership preserved the building’s brick exterior. The property’s 120 guestrooms, including five suites, boast a calming color palette of dark greens, rich blues and warm neutrals. Walls showcase exposed brick, and custom wood and leather furniture adorn the living spaces.
The property’s art collection curated by ARTXIV boasts 328 original works commissioned from local and international artists. The collection is intended to evoke the feeling of walking through a living art gallery.
