The Miller Hull Partnership’s third project completed with the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is the recently completed U.S. Consulate General in Guadalajara, Mexico. Made up of multiple buildings, the project balances technical and security requirements with the productivity needs of the diplomatic mission. The Seattle- and San Diego-based architecture firm sent us some text and images on the project.
