This award is the highest honor the AIA Northwest and Pacific Region can bestow upon a member architect by acknowledging their lifetime efforts in advocacy, enhancement of the built environment and protection of the natural environment. It is important to note that the AIA Northwest and Pacific Region spanning Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington is comprised of members whose diverse ethnicities, cultures and traditions give rise to unique architectural expressions grounded in a fundamental respect for nature.
