***FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE***
SEATTLE (Aug. 23, 2019) — Miller Hull is excited to share our rank as the 15th-best workplace in the midsize category for the 2019 Puget Sound Business Journal Washington’s Best Workplaces. We have always been committed to building a collaborative, transparent and equitable firm culture and so, we are deeply appreciative our staff recognized these efforts in Miller Hull’s first year pursuing this distinction.
“We are so proud of this award because we work very hard to create an open and enjoyable firm culture,” said Ron Rochon, managing partner of Miller Hull. “It really means a lot to us.”
Washington’s Best Workplaces recognizes the state’s top offices whose employees say they do the best. Based on staff size, companies are placed into one of four categories of 25 companies each—small (10 to 49 employees), midsize (50 to 99 employees), large (100 to 249 employees) and extra large (more than 250 employees).
The Puget Sound Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace to survey employees throughout the state and score the results. The finalists have the highest composite scores determined by 30 items across six categories, including trust in leadership and team dynamics.
