The benefits and importance of gender equity have been a circulating discussion, and a number of local organizations have taken impactful strides to create a workplace culture that leverages and cultivates all professionals for overall success. The U.S. Green Building Council San Diego Women In Green Fall gathering will feature a dynamic panel discussion of industry leaders, discussing new findings around the benefits of gender equity, as well as real-world policies, outcomes and lessons learned.
Other speakers include Suzy Cruden, Director of Business Development, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.; and Hei-ock Kim, Founder, Kim Center for Social Balance.
