Session details:
Join DBIA-WPR San Diego Chapter for a webinar that includes a panel of owners and design consultants to explore what’s going on behind the scenes for team members as they pursue and execute design-build projects. Moderated by Dave Umstot, the panel will discuss the challenges and collaboration required to support the prime DBE and team members on design-build projects. With unique backgrounds and perspectives, they will discuss strategies, best practices, use of technology, lessons learned during selection process of design-build projects, as well as project execution after award through completion. They will discuss how to overcome challenges required to win, execute, and deliver design-build the right way.

Webinar is open to all chapters, members and non-members.
