Principal Margaret Sprug will be on a panel discussing “Replicable Financial Models for Living Buildings” as part of the International Living Future Institute’s 2020 Zero Carbon Conference.
Session details:
In order to scale net zero energy, water, and Living Buildings, there must be a more replicable path with less risk for early investors and greater reward for those who take the plunge. Seed funding is often the most difficult to come by – so how do we get the projects off the ground before there is collateral against which to lend? The discussion brings a developer, architect, and high-performance engineer with this expertise to examine the barriers, strategies, and innovations that have helped bring some recent projects to life.
Other speakers include Paul Schwer, PE, President, PAE; Jill Sherman, Partner, Gerding Edlen; and moderated by Lisa Petterson, Principal, SRG Partnership, Inc.
