Located in Guadalajara’s Monraz neighbourhood, a new diplomatic facility has been completed, designed to navigate the functional complexities of a diplomatic mission while integrating with its specific urban and environmental context. This multi-building compound, sited on 8.5 acres, balances demanding technical and security requirements with the operational needs of the consulate. The core component is a new 10,450-square-meter (112,500-square-foot) office building, supported by various ancillary structures. The campus is designed to accommodate a projected increase in visitors, rising from the current average of 1,200 to an expected 2,000 daily consular visitors over the next decade.
