Ben Dalton, a partner at The Miller Hull Partnership, has been elected president of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) San Diego branch.
He has helped establish and grow Miller Hull’s San Diego presence during the past 15 years and has been an active AIA member since 2012, joining the executive committee in 2024.Dalton steps into the role at a pivotal moment for the chapter and the city.
His presidency coincides with San Diego hosting the national AIA conference in June and is one year ahead of the chapter’s 100th anniversary. Dalton’s priorities include showcasing the city’s architecture, supporting local firms and students, and strengthening the chapter’s visibility and impact in the community.
