Session details:
In Washington state, design-build is becoming the project delivery method of choice for public owners seeking design excellence for high profile civic and educational facilities. The session will focus on the interdependence of procurement, teamwork, design and construction in maximizing the potential of an integrated approach that leads to high performing buildings. Projects for higher education facilities will be used as examples to discuss lessons learned and evolving trends.
